Smokin' Phone speed.

If you are a U. S. Cellular Phone customer, or if you bought your phone at the Branscomb Center / Radio Shack, you have the new 3G (Third Generation) phone speed. To "free upgrade" your phone simply dial the four digits, *228. ( Star two two eight ) Then push the green send button on your cell phone. It will automatically find the new towers and access the new speed.

Now I can finally blog from my cell phone at faster speed. Isn't science wonderful?

I'm not sure if this is a public service announcement or a flagrant advertisment, but if you have U.S. Cellular sevice, this is good news!  Dial-  Star, two, two, eight, send.

You should do that every now and again anyway, its like re-booting your computer.

In reading the artical about bees. I found the following:

"The hive in the room with the phones produced half as much honey as the other hive, as well as a dramatic decline in the number of worker beers returning to the hive after collecting pollen."

Worker beers??? I think that I know what the problem is!

Ernie... One good thing white settlers brought here was honey bees.

I ditched U.S. Cellular a year or so ago. I'm with Tracphone now.

Too funny! So they're drinking beer and talking on the phone. Our friend's garden isn't producing and I'll bet those danged bees are drunk. And maybe humans are practicing population control with their beer and cell phones, lol, 'cause people are texting or calling from a cell phone all day long....geesh!

And possums!

The first possum I ever saw was in Ukiah, road kill. The next year they were in Laytonville chewing holes in the water line.
